Event Day & Setup

Vendor Arrival: 7:00-7:30 AM

Vendors requiring unloading, trailers, or drive-up access must have vehicles cleared from the main event area by 7:30 AM

Drive‑through access closes once packet pickup begins

All vendors are required to provide their own tent, table, and chairs
Vendor Approval Process
Vendor space is limited and subject to approval to ensure appropriate spacing and event variety

All non-profit vendor applications must be submitted via email for review

Vendors may email intent or a completed application

Approved vendors will receive a confirmation email

The finalized vendor map will be sent the week of the event
To allow adequate planning and placement on the vendor map, all nonprofit vendor forms must be submitted by September 20, 2026.
Insurance Requirements
General liability insurance is required for all vendors.
A Certificate of Insurance naming Quakertown Borough as the certificate holder must be submitted prior to to event day.
