Vendor Space Pricing

Vendor Arrival: 7:00-7:30 AM
Vendors requiring unloading, trailers, or drive-up access must have vehicles cleared from the main event area by 7:30 AM
Drive‑through access will close once packet pickup begins
All vendors are required to provide their own tent, table, and chairs

General liability insurance is required for all vendors.

A Certificate of Insurance naming Quakertown Borough as the certificate holder must be submitted prior to the event day.

Vendor space is limited and subject to approval

Vendors may email intent or application for review
Approved vendors will receive a confirmation email
The finalized vendor map will be sent the week of the event
Once approved, vendors should mail the completed application form with payment to confirm participation and placement
Refunds will only be issued if a vendor application is not approved by Crossroads Pregnancy Care.

To allow adequate planning and vendor placement, vendor applications should be submitted by September 20, 2026.
